  • Before Application Submission: 90% refund if cancelled before government application submission
  • After Application Submission: 50% refund if cancelled after application submission but before approval(Refunds are applicable only to government fees)
  • After Approval: No refund available once government approval is received

2.2 GST Registration Services

  • Before Application Filing: 85% refund if cancelled before GST application filing
  • After Filing: No refund available once GST application is filed with authorities

2.3 Compliance Services

  • Monthly Services: Pro-rated refund for unused months
  • Annual Services: 70% refund if cancelled within first quarter
  • After Q1: No refund available after first quarter

2.4 Advisory Services

  • Before Consultation: 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled consultation
  • Within 24 Hours: 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours
  • No Show: No refund for missed appointments

3. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 7-15 business days from refund request approval

  • Bank Transfers: Additional 2-3 business days for bank processing
